• All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). • Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of actual purchase. • Returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. • To receive a RAN please e-mail, fax, call or write us. • Returns must be in new, original condition, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. • When you have received the RAN please return the merchandise to us shipping- paid (and insured, if the value requires it). Videosmith will not accept COD shipments. • Returned merchandise must be received by Videosmith within 5 business days after the RAN has been issued. • Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the goods. • No refunds will be given for shipping charges. • Videosmith, Inc. reserves the right to not accept any returns which have not met the terms and conditions specified above. |
